In allusion to the various issues related to safety management of outsourcing businesses such as frequent onsite violations by outsourcing personnel in power supply companies,a whole-process transparent outsourcing security management system is studied and applied by strengthening top-level design,building outsourcing teams,establishing digital platforms,and formulating transparent security management systems,so as to enhance an enterprise’s security management capabilities and promote the healthy development of outsourcing businesses.
