南方丘陵矿区生态修复环境质量动态监测和分析

Dynamic monitoring and analysis of environmental quality of ecological restoration in hilly mining areas in Southern China

摘要 在锰矿生态修复环境质量效益评估中,现有的遥感生态指数(RSEI)突出植被、地表覆盖物等因素,而忽视锰矿开采和修复对水环境质量的影响。针对上述问题,本文构建了增强性遥感生态指数(ERSEI),在顾及绿度、湿度、热度和干度等指标的同时,融合水环境质量指数(CWQI),纳入生态环境质量计算模型。结果表明:1)与RSEI数相比,ERSEI更适用于锰矿修复环境质量评估;2) 2017―2022年,研究区生态修复环境质量呈现先降低后上升的变化态势,这与矿区修复工程进度基本适应,说明修复工作实施效果显著,矿区生态环境得到了明显改善;3)基于ERSEI的矿区生态修复质量遥感监测评价可为掌控矿山修复进度和效益评价提供重要参考。 In the assessment of environmental quality and benefit of manganese ore ecological restoration,the existing RSEI highlights the factors such as vegetation and ground cover,and ignoring the impacts of manganese ore mining and restoration on water environment quality.To solve the above problems,this paper constructs the ERSEI,which integrates the CWQI into the ecological environment quality calculation model while taking into account the greenness,humidity,heat and dryness.The results show that:a)ERSEI is more suitable for environmental quality assessment of manganese ore restoration than RSEI.b)From^(2)017 to 2022,the environmental quality of ecological restoration in the study area showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,which basically consistent with the progress of the mining area restoration project,reflecting that the implementation effect of the restoration work was significant,and the ecological environment in the mining area was significantly improved.c)The remote sensing monitoring and evaluation of the ecological restoration quality of the mining area based on ERSEI can provide useful reference for the progress control and benefit evaluation of the mine restoration.
