急性感染性心内膜炎儿童的三尖瓣修复术麻醉管理1例并文献复习

Anesthesia management for tricuspid valve repair in a pediatric patient with acute infective endocarditis and literature review

儿童急性感染性心内膜炎是临床上十分棘手的疾病,据报道其死亡率达8.5%,其中约一半患儿具有手术指征。如何管理并改善患儿预后是心脏专科麻醉医生在围术期应考虑的问题,但是目前尚缺乏相关的临床指南。现报道急性感染性心内膜炎患儿行三尖瓣修复术麻醉管理1例并复习相关文献,为临床提供参考。

Acute infectious endocarditis in children is a clinically challenging disease with reported mortality rate of 8.5%.Approximately half of the patients have surgical indications.How to manage these pediatric patients and improve their prognosis is a concern that cardiac anesthesiologists should consider during the perioperative period.However,there is currently a lack of relevant clinical guidelines.One case of anesthesia management for tricuspid valve repair surgery in a child with acute infective endocarditis was reported and relevant literature for clinical reference was reviewed.
