摘要
目的:拯救心脏急救课程(HeartSaver)是一门面向非医学公众开设的急救培训课程,该课程对提升非医学公众掌握心肺复苏(CPR)知识具有重要意义。本研究旨在调查非医学公众(社会公众和非医学专业学生)对CPR知识的掌握现状和接受HeartSaver课程的评价,为针对非医学专业公众开展HeartSaver课程提供理论依据。方法:选取2020年在暨南大学附属第一医院培训中心参加HeartSaver课程培训的134名学员,采用自行编制的调查问卷进行调查,调查内容包括人口学资料、CPR知识和HeartSaver课程满意度。结果:非医学社会公众的心肺复苏各项知识掌握自评得分的中位数和四分位数是2(1,2),非医学专业学生的心肺复苏各项知识掌握自评得分的中位数和四分位数是2(2,3),两组自评得分除了实施顺序和按压通气比无统计学差异外(P>0.05),其他如CPR的抢救黄金时间、意识判断等8个方面存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。在Heartsaver课程培训评价中的两组得分中位数和四分位数分别是5(4,5)和5(5,5),两组在时间分配上的得分存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:学生和社会公众对CPR的知识掌握较差,但他们接受培训和参与救援的意愿较高,并且在HeartSaver培训的所有环节和方法得分较高。建议扩大HeartSaver培训的影响力,以提高社会急救知识水平。
Objective:HeartSaver is an emergency training course for the non-medical public,which is of great significance to enhance the knowledge of CPR among the non-medical public.This study aimed to investigate the current status of non-medical public(public and non-medical students)knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)and the evaluation of HeartSaver courses,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of HeartSaver courses for non-medical professionals.Methods:A total of 134 participants who participated in the training of HeartSaver course at the Training Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University in 2020 were selected and self-compiled questionnaires were used to survey them,including demographic data,cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge and HeartSaver course satisfaction.Results:The self-assessment scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge mastery of non-medical public were 2(1,2),and the self-assessment scores of non-medical students in cardiopulmonary resuscitation were 2(2,3),Between two groups,there was no differences in the implementation sequence and compression ventilation ratio,while significant differences(P>0.05)were found in 8 aspects such as CPR rescue golden time and consciousness judgment(P<0.05).The median scores in the Heartsaver course training evaluation were 5(4,5)and 5(5,5)respectively,and there was a significant difference in time allocation between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Students and the general public had a poor knowledge of CPR,but they had a higher willingness to train and rescue,and scored higher for all aspects and methods of HeartSaver training.Expanding the impact of this training,spreading it to more people,and raising the level of first aid knowledge in society are highly recommended.
