制丝关键工序工艺参数优化研究

摘要 为提升制丝线关键工序加工水平,本文围绕松散回潮工序料积比、蒸汽施加方式、回风温度和筒内风速4组参数进行单工序试验,确立松散回潮工序适宜的加工参数,并在此基础上结合薄板烘丝工序,开展组合试验,优化控制策略。结果表明:(1)松散回潮工序工艺流量为6500 kg/h、热风风机频率为21 Hz、回风温度51℃;薄板烘丝工序工艺流量为3600 kg/h、筒壁温度136℃时,产品实物质量和感官质量最佳。(2)与优化前相比,烟片舒展性提高,造碎减少,烟丝结构也有一定提升,烟支感官质量呈现较好趋势,主要表现在香气量增加、细腻程度和甜度有所改善。 In order to improve the processing level of primary line,single process experiments on four parameters(including material volume ratio,steam application mode,recirculated air temperature and wind speed)were conducted to determine the suitable parameters for loosening and conditioning.And then on the basis of this research,reasonable control strategies were established by assembly experiment with cylinder drier.The results showed that:(1)The physical and sensory quality was the best when cylinder material flow was 6500 kg/h,frequency of fan was 21 Hz and recirculated air temperature was 51℃in loosening and conditioning,and when the drier cylinder material flow was 3600 kg/h and cylinder wall temperature was 136℃.(2)Compared with former parameters,the optimized parameters were beneficial for the improvement of the physical properties.And the sensory quality of cigarette also became better,mainly seen in aroma quantity,smoothness and sweet feeling.
