新工科背景下面向中职师资培养的本科实践教学模式探究

摘要 坚持“立德树人”的教育理念,在现有新工科应用型人才培养模式的基础上,研究面向中职教师岗位的能力培养,探索工程专业的中职师资培养新模式。基于新工科学生对中职理工专业教师岗位的认知调研,研究如何融入中职师范教育特色,全力抓好师范技能训练、师德教育培养、职业操守和职业道德教育,培养高素质合格中职师资人才。 Adhering to the educational concept of“morality cultivation”and based on the current training model of new engineering applied talents,the ability training oriented to the post of secondary vocational teachers is studied and the new model of secondary vocational teachers training for engineering specialty is explored.Based on the investigation of new engineering students’post cognition of teachers of science and technology,the integration of the characteristics of normal education in secondary vocational schools is discussed,so that the education of teaching skills,teachers’morality,and professional ethics can be promoted,cultivating highly qualified teachers in secondary vocational schools.
