探析数字化赋能高校宣传思想文化工作

Exploring the Empowerment of Digitalization to Promote Ideological and Cultural Work in Colleges and Universities

高校肩负着人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承创新、国际交流合作的使命,是宣传思想文化工作的重要阵地,也是社会舆论交融辐射的重要集散场。当前,随着生成式人工智能迅猛发展,高校宣传思想文化工作迎来新的机遇期。如何通过数字化的手段和载体,为高校宣传思想文化工作进行全链条全要素赋能助力,已成为高校亟需破解的时代命题之一。文章结合高校开展宣传思想文化工作的实际情况,从数字化赋能的必要性、紧迫性出发,从理念、机制、运营、内容、品牌等五个层面,提出数字化赋能宣传思想文化工作的创新机制和可行路径。

Colleges and universities shoulder the mission of talent cultivation,scientific research,social ser-vices,cultural heritage and innovation,andinternational exchange and cooperation.In the current era of rapid de-velopment of generative artificial intelligence,colleges and universities are presented with a promising opportun-ity to promote ideological and cultural work.It is crucial to effectively leverage digital tools and platforms,con-sidering the pressing need to empower all elements and aspects within this domain.This paper presents a range of innovative mechanisms and viable pathways based on the practical experiences of promoting ideological and cul-tural work in colleges and universities,and acknowledging the urgent need for digital empowerment.It proposes strategies for digital empowerment across five key dimensions:conceptualization,institutional mechanisms,op-erational frameworks,content development,and brand enhancement.
