立式混流泵组电机漏油技术分析与应对微探

摘要 针对某立式混流泵组电机漏油严重、运行摆度大、振动大的问题,从电机设计、制造加工以及安装等方面制定了漏油预防与处理方案,通过改进电机设计结构、修复方式和安装工艺,圆满解决了上述问题。该方案贴合设备运行工况,能显著提升泵组运行的安全和稳定性,同时可为类似泵组电机漏油故障处理提供借鉴。 In response to severe oil leakage,large operational swing,and high vibration issues in a vertical mixed flow pump set motor,preventive and treatment measures were formulated from aspects of motor design,manufacturing,and installation.By improving the design structure,repair methods,and installation processes of motor,the above issues were successfully resolved.This solution aligns with the operational conditions of the equipment,significantly enhancing the safety and stability of the pump set’s operation.Additionally,it can serve as a reference for addressing similar oil leakage faults in pump set motors.
