基于技术接受扩展模型的学生网络教学平台采纳意愿研究

摘要 为提升大学生使用网络教学平台的有效性,以广州华商学院超星网络教学平台使用情况为例,基于技术接受扩展模型构建平台采纳意愿影响因素模型,运用PLS-SEM对其进行假设验证。结果发现:主观规范对感知有用性和采纳意愿不产生作用;相关性和个体创新性对感知有用性产生正向显著影响;个体创新性、自我效能和外部控制感知对感知易用性产生正向显著影响;感知易用性正向显著影响感知有用性,二者同时对采纳意愿有正向显著影响。 To enhance the effectiveness of university students using online learning platforms,taking the usage of the Chaoxing online learning platform at Huashang College in Guangzhou as an example,a model of factors influencing platform acceptance intention was constructed based on the Technology Acceptance Expansion Model.And this study used SmartPLS to validate the hypotheses of the model.The results of the study showed that subjective norms had no effect on perceived usefulness and adoption intention.Relevance and individual innovativeness had a positive and significant impact on perceived usefulness.Individual innovativeness,self-efficacy,and perceived external control had a positive and significant impact on perceived ease of use.Perceived ease of use had a positive and significant impact on perceived usefulness,and both jointly had a positive and significant impact on adoption intention.
