摘要
为落实精准化教学,必须在充分把握学生学情与发展需求的基础上进行个性化教学设计。对此,以广东农工商职业技术学院2021届汽车营销与服务专业学生为例,以毕业生和用人单位需求为前提,根据学生知识技能基础、学习能力、兴趣爱好等学情进行教学设计,并在采用灵活多样教学方式的同时融入思政元素。不仅有效达成教学目标,全面提升学生职业素养;而且高效突破学习重难点,岗课赛证互融互通,激发学生学习动力,实施成效显著。
To adapt to the precision teaching,the growth and development needs of higher vocational students need to be well understood and personalized teaching design be carried out.Taking the needs of graduates and employers as the premise,this paper carries out teaching design and implementation based on students’knowledge,skills,learning ability,interests and hobbies,integrates ideological and political elements in teaching,and adopts flexible teaching methods to improve students’professional quality.The teaching implementation has achieved remarkable results:the teaching objectives are effectively achieved;the professional quality of students is comprehensively improved;the post-course-competitions-certificate integration has stimulated students’learning motivation and enhanced their sense of acquisition.
