摘要
“三全育人”工作体系建设是新时期我国教育工作的普遍共识和努力方向。然而,民办高校作为高等教育的重要组成部分,在“三全育人”体系建设中普遍存在重智育轻德育、资源整合不足、协同育人机制不健全、意识形态面临冲击等问题。对此,以广州城建职业学院为例,将立德树人视作立身之本,从全员、全过程、全方位的视角,提出构建“三全育人”工程。这既是解决民办高校思政教育问题的客观需要,也是创新思政教育新模式的有益探索,更有利于培育全面发展的高素质人才。
The construction of“Three Whole Education”work system has become a common consensus and direction of education in China in the new era.However,private colleges,as an integral part of higher education,commonly face challenges in the construction of the“Three Whole Education”system,including an emphasis on intellectual education over moral education,insufficient resource integration,incomplete mechanisms for coordinated education,and ideological challenges.In this regard,Guangzhou City Construction College,viewing moral education as the foundation of its development,proposes the construction of the“12345”“Three Whole Education”project from the perspective of“the whole staff,the whole process,and the whole aspects”.This not only addresses the objective needs of ideological and political education in private colleges but also represents an innovative exploration of a new model for ideological and political education.Furthermore,it is conducive to nurturing high-quality talents with comprehensive development.
