鼓槌石斛花挥发性成分及其释放规律分析

摘要 【目的】检测鼓槌石斛花不同时间点的挥发性成分,分析其成分的差异及释放规律,为鼓槌石斛花的利用提供研究基础。【方法】采用静态顶空-气相色谱-质谱(HS-GC-MS)联用技术,检测并分析一天内6个时间点(6 00、9 00、12 00、15 00、18 00、21:00)鼓槌石斛花的挥发性成分。【结果】不同时间点挥发性成分释放量占一天量排序为:9 00(37.15%)>12 00(29.51%)>6 00(17.48%)>15 00(10.10%)>18 00(3.30%)>21 00(2.47%)。从鼓槌石斛花中共检测出44种匹配度90以上的挥发性成分,其中6个时间点先后有24、27、27、20、22、21种,分别占各时间点的97.58%、98.34%、97.60%、98.59%、95.42%、92.25%。6个时间点共有的成分有10种:己醛、γ-萜品烯、乙酸辛酯、萜品油烯、桧烯、D-柠檬烯、(-)-α-蒎烯、(E)-β-罗勒烯、(-)-β-蒎烯、双环[3.1.0]己-2-烯,4-亚甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基),这10种成分分别占6个时间点的40.36%、88.81%、64.54%、74.15%、68.79%、61.37%。【结论】鼓槌石斛花一天内在9:00挥发性成分释放量最大,主要挥发性成分是烯烃类,具有代表性的成分有3个:(-)-α-蒎烯、(E)-β-罗勒烯和γ-萜品烯。 [Objective] To detect the volatile components of Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl flowers at different time points,analyze the differences and release patterns of their components in order to provide a research basis for the utilization of Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl flowers.[Method]Static headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC-MS)wasused to detectand analyzethevolatilecomponents of Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl flowers.at 6 time points within a day(6:00,9:00,12:00,15:00,18:00,and 21:00).[Result]The ranking of time points from the highest release content to the lowest of volatile components in a day was:9:00(37.15%)>12:00(29.51%)>6:00(17.48%)>15:00(10.10%)>18:00(3.30%)>21:00(2.47%)44 volatile substances with a matching degree of over 90 were detected at 6 time points within a day,of which 24 were at 6:00,27 were at 9:00,27 were at 12:00,20 were at 15:00,22 were at 18:00,and 21 were at 21:00,accounting for 97.58%,98.34%,97.6%,98.59%,95.42%,and 92.25%of the 6 time points,respectively.There are 10 common components at 6 time points:hexanal,-terpinene,octyl acetate,terpinolene,sabinene,D-limonene,(-)-α-pinene,(E)-β-ocimene,(-)-β-pinene bicycleo(3.1.0)hexan and,4-Methylene-1-(1-methylethyl).These 10 components accounted for 40.36%,88.81%,64.54%,74.15%,68.79%,and 61.37%of the 6 time points,respectively.[Conclusion]Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl flowers has the highest release content of volatile components at 9:00 am in one day,with the main components was alkenes,and three representative components are:(-)-α-pinene,(E)-β-ocimene,and-terpinene.
