优良鲜食橄榄新品系“青果1号”的选育与主要性状评价

摘要 【目的】为选育橄榄优良鲜食新品种(系)。【方法】在福建橄榄主产区广泛开展种质资源调查和鉴定评价。【结果】从福州市闽侯县‘长营’橄榄品种群的实生变异群体中筛选到优良鲜食品系‘青果1号’。其果实椭圆形,平均单果重5.31g,果皮绿色,果肉黄白色、质地脆、易化渣、回甘好、风味佳,平均可溶性固形物含量11.4%、可食率75.71%。在闽侯县,青果1号橄榄果实11月中旬成熟,为中熟品种。【结论】青果1号橄榄的选育进一步丰富了福建省鲜食橄榄品种种类。 [Objective]To breed newfreshediblestrainsof Chineseolive.[Method]Thegermplasmresourceof Chinese olive from the main distribution areas of Fujian were widely investigated,identified and evaluation.[Result]A new fresh edible strain,named“Qingguo 1”was selected from the seedling variation population of“Changying”cultivar group in Minhou County,Fuzhou city.Its fruit was oval shaped,with an average weight of 5.31 g.The skin of fruit was green,and the flesh was yellow white.The fruit flesh was crispy with good mastication,had a good aftertaste,and a good flavor.The average soluble solid was 11.4%,and the edible rate was 75.71%.In Minhou County,the fruit of‘Qingguo I'ripened in mid-November and it was a middle-ripening cultivar.[Conclusion] The breeding of‘Qingguo 1'would enrich the fresh edible cultivars of Chinese olive of Fujian Province.
