平菇栽培中施用营养液的增产效果评价

摘要 【目的】研究施用营养液在平菇栽培过程中对产量动态变化趋势的影响,为生产提供参考。【方法】将40包平菇菌包随机分为4组,分别施用营养液A(壮菇灵)、营养液B(菇丰王)、营养液C(亿昌菇力源、亿昌催菇王,按1:1混合)、灭菌水(对照),采用重复测量方差分析比较平菇前三茬产量。【结果】采收时间因素与营养液因素对平菇产量的交互作用有统计学意义;在第一茬的产量中,施用3种营养液与对照没有显著差异;在第二茬的产量中,施用营养液B、C显著高于对照,施用营养液A与对照无显著差异;在第三茬的产量中,施用3种营养液产量均比对照高,差异显著;施用营养液C前三茬每茬间的产量差异不显著。【结论】施用营养液能够提高平菇产量,生产上推荐施用混合营养液C,三茬产量稳定,增产效果更好。 [Objective]To study the efet of nutrient solution application on the dynamic trend of yield during the culivation of pleurous ostreaus in order to provide references for production.[Methord]Fourty cultivation bags were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 bags each,and mutrient solution A(Zhuanggling),nutrient solution B(Gufengwang).nutrient solution C(mix of Yingchangulivuan and vichangcuiguwang with ratioof 1:1)and sterlized water(control),respectively were applied on 4 groups,and the yields of the first three harvest were compared using repeated measure ANOVA.[Result] The interaction between harvesting time and nutrient solution on the yield of Plewrolus ostrealus was satistically sinifcant.In the first harvest,the yields with the application of the three nutrient solutions was not significantly diferent from that of the control;In the second crop,yields with application of nutrient solution B and C were higher than that of the control while yields with application of nutrient solution A was not significantly diferent from that of the control;In the third harvest,yields with application of all three nutient solutions were significantly higher than that of the control;Y ields with application of nutrient solution were not significantly different among the first three harvest.[Conclusion]The application of nutrient solution can improve the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus.In production,the applieation of nutrient solution C is recommended for better yield and yield was stable in the first three harvest with good yield inerease effects.
