光照对非洲菊‘明卉粉黛’组培苗生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]比较了不同红蓝LED光照条件对非洲菊‘明卉粉黛’组培苗生长的影响,以期为‘明卉粉黛’的生产与推广提供技术支持。[方法]以LED为光源,分别设置红光(1∶0)、3∶7、5∶5、7∶3、蓝光(0∶1)共5种红蓝光比例以及40、80、120μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)3种光照强度,以荧光灯为对照,研究不同红蓝LED光照条件对‘明卉粉黛’组培苗增殖生长和生根生长的影响。[结果]当红蓝光比例为5∶5、光照强度为120μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)时,‘明卉粉黛’组培苗增殖系数达5.67,株型矮壮、叶片数多、叶色浓绿且叶面积适中;当红蓝光比例为3∶7、光照强度为120μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)时,生根数为5.00条·株-1,植株长势强健,根系、叶柄硬度高,组培生根苗移栽成活率达95.83%。[结论]适合非洲菊‘明卉粉黛’组培苗增殖生长和生根生长的光照条件分别为红蓝光比例5∶5、光照强度120μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)和红蓝光比例3∶7、光照强度120μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)。该条件能有效促进‘明卉粉黛’植株的生长发育,为非洲菊组培苗的标准化生产提供技术支持。 [Purpose]The effects of different blue and red LED illumination conditions on the growth of tissue cultured gerbera‘Minghui Fendai’seedlings were compared to provide technical reference for the production and promotion of the variety.[Method]The proliferative growth and rooting situation of tissue cultured‘Minghui Fendai’seedlings were investigated under LED illumination with different ratios of red to blue light(1∶0,3∶7,5∶5,7∶3 and 0∶1)and illumination intensities(40,80 and 120μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)),with fluorescent light used as control.[Result]When the ratio of red to blue light was 5∶5 and illumination intensity was 120μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),the proliferation coefficient of the seedlings reached 5.67,and the plants were short and robust with more deep-green leaves and moderate leaf area.When the ratio was 3∶7 and illumination intensity was 120μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),the seedlings grew vigorously with robust roots and petioles,and overall had 5.00 roots per plant;after transplantation,the survival rate of the seedlings reached 95.83%.[Conclusion]The LED illumination conditions(ratio of red to blue light&light intensity)suitable for the proliferation and rooting of tissue cultured gerbera‘Minghui Fendai’seedlings were 5∶5&120μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1) and 3∶7&120μmol·mm^(-2)·s^(-1),which effectively promoted the growth and development of the plants.The study provided technical support for the standard production of gerbera‘Minghui Fendai’.
