碳汇造林投入产出效益研究综述

Input-output Efficiency of Carbon Sequestration Afforestation:A Literature Review

在详实梳理碳汇造林项目投入和产出两个阶段研究进展及现状的基础上,总结提炼林业碳汇的研究热点和现存问题。结果表明,在投入阶段,投入成本和投资来源是国内外学者共同关注的重点;在产出阶段,国内学者关注碳汇的计量结果和方法,国外学者则侧重于提升碳汇产出的路径方案。目前碳汇造林项目仍存在主体参与意愿不高、投入资金不足和碳汇计量方法有限等问题。如何完善林业碳汇的投入转化和转化产出过程,提高投入产出效益,最大程度上发挥森林的经济、生态和社会效益将是未来的重点研究方向。

Based on the detailed review of the research progress and status of carbon sequestration afforestation projects in terms of inputs and outputs.The paper summarizes the research hotspots and existing problems of projects.The results show that in the input stage,input costs and investment sources are the focus of domestic and foreign scholars;in the output stage,domestic scholars focus on the measurement results and methods of carbon sinks,while foreign scholars focus on the pathways to enhance the output of carbon sinks.At present,the carbon sequestration afforestation projects still have problems such as low willingness of subject participation,insufficient input funds and limited carbon sink measurement methods.How to improve the input conversion and conversion output process of forestry carbon sink,improve the input-output efficiency,and maximize the economic,ecological and social benefits of forest will be the key research direction in the future.
