一种蠕动泵流量准确度和衰减测试仪器的研制 被引量:2

摘要 研制了具有自动测量蠕动泵流量准确度和衰减的自动流量测试仪器。自动流量测试仪器基于蠕动泵流量测试方法,将测试过程分为运行状态、测试状态、复位状态,通过切换阀、排水泵、数字天平、自动排水装置的配合,实现整个测试环节的自动化;通过传感器的数字采集和PLC的数据处理功能,可以直接输出数据和计算结果;通过可参数设置的方法,实现不同规格蠕动泵测试和不同条件下的流量和衰减测试。文章介绍了蠕动泵自动流量测试仪器的功能结构设计、工作原理和自动化参数设置方式,并在此基础上进行产品的测试,对比人工测试结果,验证自动流量测试仪器的可靠性。对比结果显示自动流量测试仪器的测试数据真实可靠,可实现蠕动泵流量测试、流量衰减测试的全自动化,将流量准确度测试时间从50 min降低到40 min,将流量衰减测试累计人工时间从50 h降低到2 h。 It has the characteristics of high cleanliness and small flow rate.The accurate and reliable measurement of flow accuracy and flow attenuation coefficient is very important.An automatic flow measuring instrument with automatic measurement of flow accuracy and attenuation of peristaltic pump is developed.Based on the peristaltic pump flow test method,the automatic flow test instrument divides the test process into running state,test state and reset state.Through the cooperation of switching valve,drainage pump,digital balance and automatic drainage device,the automation of the whole test link is realized.Through the sensor digital acquisition and PLC data processing function,the data and calculation results can be output directly.Through the method of parameter setting,the flow and attenuation test of peristaltic pump of different specifications and under different conditions can be realized.This paper introduces the functional structure design,working principle and automatic parameter setting of the automatic flow test instrument of peristaltic pump.Based on this,the product is tested,and the reliability of the automatic flow test instrument is verified by comparing the manual test results.The comparison results show that the test data of the automatic flow test instrument is real and reliable,which can realize the full automation of peristaltic pump flow test and flow attenuation test,reduce the time of flow accuracy test from 50 minutes to 40 minutes,and reduce the cumulative labor time of flow attenuation test from 50 hours to 2 hours.
