摘要
汽车车灯热学性能极其重要,在产品开发的初期就必须对其耐热性能进行有效评估。文章使用CATIA软件建立某款汽车前灯的三维有限元模型,使用ANSA软件进行网格划分,最后使用UG软件对其进行了有限元分析,并根据仿真分析的结果,对其进行镀铝结构改进。仿真结果表明,经过镀铝后车灯的耐热性能得到了明显的改善,表明了该技术方法的可行性,对产品的风险管控具有重大意义。
The thermal performance of automotive lamps is extremely important and must be effectively evaluated at the early stages of product development.In this paper,CATIA software is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of a certain automobile headlamp,ANSA software is used for meshing,and finally the finite element analysis is carried out by using UG software,and the aluminized structure is improved according to the results of simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the heat resistance of the lamp after aluminum plating has been significantly improved,it shows the feasibility of this technical method,which is of great significance to the risk management and control of the product.
