摘要
目前总装厂对于试制样车扭矩的管理直接沿用量产车辆的管理标准,导致试制样车静态扭矩检测频繁发生不合格现象,给样车扭矩开发带来极大困扰。文章对试制样车的零件特点、装配方式、扭矩检测方法进行探究,提出采用丰田汽车的扭矩经验公式制定试制样车的静态扭矩标准,以满足总装对试装样车扭矩检测的需求,对整车制造有一定的借鉴意义。
At present,the final assembly plant directly adopts the management standard of mass production vehicles for the torque management of trial production sample vehicles,which leads to frequent unqualified phenomenain the static torque detection of trial production sample vehicles and brings great troubles to the torque development of sample vehicles.In this paper,the characte-ristics of parts,assembly methods and torque detection methods of trial production sample vehicles are explored,and the static torque standard of trial production sample vehicles is proposed by using Toyota's torque experience formula to meet the needs of final assembly for the torque detection of trial production sample vehicles,it has a certain reference significance in the vehicle manufacturing.
