江苏高质量推动“一带一路”交汇点建设的路径分析——要素流动视角下

Path Analysis of High-Quality Promotion of the Construction of the Intersection of the “the Belt and Road” in Jiangsu--From the Perspective of Factor Flow

江苏是“一带一路”重要的交汇点。在复杂多变的国际新形势下,高质量建设“一带一路”交汇点对江苏构建双循环发展新格局,继续推动东西双向开放,加快江苏经济发展具有重要意义。本文以要素流动理论为指导,分析江苏推动交汇点建设中的要素优势和劣势,并提出江苏省高质量建设“一带一路”交汇点的路径选择:基础路径、推进路径、创新路径以及协调路径和保障路径。

Jiangsu is an important intersection of the“the Belt and Road”.Under the complex and changeable new international situation,high-quality construction of the intersection of the“the Belt and Road”is of great significance for Jiangsu to build a new pattern of double cycle development,continue to promote the two-way opening of the east and the west,and accelerate the economic development of Jiangsu.Guided by the theory of factor flow,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of factors in promoting the construction of the intersection in Jiangsu,and proposes the path choice of the intersection of high-quality construction of the“the Belt and Road”in Jiangsu Province:basic path,promotion path,innovation path,coordination path and guarantee path.
