摘要
海洋渔业资源开发是世界自然资源保护的一个重要组成部分。本文根据渔业资源可持续利用的有关理论,构建出最符合中国渔业资源可持续及有效开发的3个层次23个相关指标。这在一定程度上揭示了中国1979—2020年间渔业资源可持续利用水平的变化趋势,提出改善中国海洋渔业资源利用的建议,为规范中国渔业发展提供一定的参考。
The development of marine fishery resources is an important component of the world's natural resource protection.Based on the relevant theories of sustainable utilization of fishery resources,this article constructs 23 relevant indicators at three levels that are most in line with the sustainable and effective development of fishery resources in China.This to some extent reveals the trend of sustainable utilization of fishery resources in China from 1979 to 2020,and proposes suggestions for improving the utilization of China's marine fishery resources,providing a certain reference for regulating the development of China's fisheries.
