基于IPA分析的漳州郊野公园植物景观满意度研究

A Study on the Plant Landscape Satisfaction of Suburban Parksin Zhangzhou City Based on IPA Analysis

郊野公园拥有良好的自然植物景观资源,关注使用者需求成为营造郊野公园自然野趣的关键点。以漳州郊野公园龙文段植物景观为研究对象,通过实地发放问卷获取游客对公园植物景观满意度,运用重要性—满意度法(IPA分析法)分析游客对郊野公园植物景观满意度的影响因素。结果表明:郊野公园的游客出行时间集中在周末或者节假日,占89.13%;重游意愿高达80.86%。游客对郊野公园满意度评分前三为植物数量、植物种类和生物多样性。公园亟需提升的方面为指示标识、休憩设施、植物层次感等,通过完善管理制度、景观提升等途径能有效增强游客的幸福感和满意度,为郊野公园植物景观营造及改造提升提出科学依据。

Suburban parks have good natural plant landscape resources and paying attention to users needs has become a key point in creating a natural and wild atmosphere in suburban parks.In this study,when the plant landscape of Longwen section of Zhangzhou Suburban Park was taken as a research case,the tourists satisfaction with the plant landscape was obtained by issuing field questionnaires,and the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA)was used to analyze the satisfaction of tourists to the plant landscape of the suburban park.The results show that the travel time of tourists in suburban parks is concentrated on weekends or holidays,accounting for 89.13%;the intention to revisit is 80.86%.The top three tourist satisfaction scores for suburban parks were plant quantity,plant species and biodiversity.The aspects in urgent need of improvement in the park are indicator signs,rest facilities,plant hierarchy,etc.By improving the management system and landscape enhancement,the park can effectively enhance the sense of happiness and satisfaction of tourists,and provide a scientific basis for the construction and renovation of plant landscape in the suburban park.
