数字化转型背景下企业绿色创新绩效组态分析--基于TOE框架的fsQCA研究 被引量:1

摘要 绿色创新作为企业高质量发展的关键选择,在不同的数字化转型模式下呈现出不同的绿色创新绩效。文章以中国A股医药制造企业为研究对象,基于TOE框架选取技术、组织和环境三个维度以及6个具有代表性的前因条件,采用模糊集定性比较分析方法,从组态视角探讨了不同数字化转型条件下企业获得高绿色创新绩效的条件组合。研究发现,高绿色创新绩效可归纳为雄狮型(数字技术应用驱动型)和群狼型(数字转型战略-数字合作环境共同驱动型)两种模式;数字技术应用与数字技术人才两个条件变量之间存在替代效应。企业应充分认识到不同条件组态的殊途同归效应,主动适应所在地的数字环境条件,注重数字组织与数字环境的适配,从而有效开展绿色创新活动。 Green innovation,as a key choice for high-quality development of enterprises,presents different green innovation performance under different digital transformation models.Taking Chinese A-share pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises as the research object,six representative antecedents from three dimensions of technology,organization,and environment are selected based on the TOE framework.The paper uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the combination of conditions for enterprises to achieve high green innovation performance under different digital transformation conditions from a configuration perspective.Research has found that high green innovation performance can be categorized into two models:the lion type(driven by digital technology application)and the wolf type(driven by digital transformation strategy and digital cooperation environment);There is a substitution effect between the two conditional variables of digital technology application and digital technology talent.Enterprises should fully understand the same destination effect of different conditions and configurations,actively adapt to the digital environment conditions of their location,pay attention to the adaptation of digital organizations and the digital environment,and effectively carry out green innovation activities.
