农村“最后一公里”物流配送发展对策研究--以印江县为例

Research on the Development Strategy of Rural"Last Kilometer"Logistics Distribution--Taking Yinjiang County as an Example

自二十大提出乡村振兴的重大战略以来,如何提高农村发展速度及质量成为了目前乡村问题研究的热点和难点。网络购物的全民化浪潮的崛起,对农村物流体系提出了更高的要求与更大的挑战,便利化的物流体系是加强城市与农村交流的重要渠道,因而在此基础上提出了农村物流配送“最后一公里”问题。文章以印江县为例探讨了印江县当前物流配送末端系统在道路基础设施、订单配送时差及需求量差异、物流体系人才培养等方面的问题,并针对其中存在的问题提出了相应的参考方案,旨在推动农村物流配送“最后一公里”的高质量发展。

Since the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy at the 20th National Congress,how to improve the speed and quality of rural development has become a hot and difficult topic in rural research.The wave of popularization of online shopping has put forward higher requirements and greater challenges for the rural logistics system.A convenient logistics system is an important channel for strengthening communication between cities and rural areas.On this basis,the paper proposes the issue of the"last kilometer"of rural logistics distribution.Taking Yinjiang County as an example,this paper explores the problems of the current logistics distribution terminal system in Yinjiang County in terms of road infrastructure,order delivery time difference and demand difference,logistics system talent cultivation,and proposes corresponding reference solutions to address the existing problems,aiming to promote the high-quality development of rural logistics distribution in the"last kilometer".
