双添加剂协同调控钙钛矿晶体生长

The Two Additives Synergistically Regulate the Growth of Perovskite Crystals

摘要 通过同时添加氯化铷(RbCl)和亚甲二胺二盐酸盐(MDACl2)至PbI_(2)前驱体溶液,调控钙钛矿晶体生长,制备了甲脒(FA)甲胺(MA)基钙钛矿薄膜和钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSCs),探究两种添加剂之间的协同作用机理。研究发现RbCl能够与PbI_(2)反应生成惰性的(PbI_(2))2RbCl化合物,稳定了钙钛矿的晶相;MDACl2能够增强结晶取向,稳定钙钛矿的晶相。此外,这两种添加剂的协同调控作用增大了晶粒尺寸,减少晶界,降低薄膜缺陷密度,延长载流子寿命至7倍以上。优化后的电池最高效率达23.76%,迟滞因子低至0.6%,孔径面积为12.6cm^(2)的钙钛矿太阳能组件(PSMs)效率为21.47%。 Rubidium chloride(RbCl)and methylenediamine dihydrochloride(MDACl2)were added to the PbI_(2) precursor solution to regulate the growth of perovskite crystals,and methyl sulfide(FA)and methylamine(MA)-based perovskite films and perovskite solar cells(PSCs)were prepared,and the synergistic mechanism between the two additives was explored.It was found that RbCl could react with PbI_(2) to form inert(PbI_(2))2RbCl compounds,which stabilized the crystal phase of perovskite.MDACl2 enhances crystallization orientation and stabilizes the crystal phase of perovskite.In addition,the synergistic regulation of these two additives increases the grain size,reduces grain boundaries,reduces fi lm defect density,and extends carrier life to more than 7 times.The optimized cell has a maximum effi ciency of 23.76%,a hysteresis factor as low as 0.6%,and a perovskite solar module(PSMs)with a pore area of 12.6 cm2 with an effi ciency of 21.47%.
