地方高校高素质应用型新工科人才培养模式探究——以平顶山学院材料科学与工程专业为例

摘要 在产业转型升级及新工科背景下,如何培养满足当前和未来产业发展急需的科技人才是地方高校应用型人才培养必须解决的关键问题。以材料科学与工程专业为例,提出了立足于当地尼龙材料产业发展与学校转型的需求,合理设定人才培养方案和目标,以培养高素质应用型人才为目标,制定相应的培养计划;科学构建课程体系,提高学生实践和创新能力;加强“双师双能型”教师队伍建设,提升实践操作能力和管理经验,构建共赢校企合作模式,充分共享环境与资源;切实开展有效的校企合作育人模式,探索构建特色的“政产学研用协同,教学做创转融通”应用型人才培养模式,加快培养适应于地方产业发展需求的高素质应用型新工科专业人才。 Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading and new engineering,how to train scientific and technological talents to meet the needs of the present and future industrial development is the key problem to be solved.Taking the materials science and engineering major as an example,this paper puts forward a reasonable talent training plan and target based on the needs of local nylon material industry development and school transformation,aiming at cultivating high-quality applied talents,to formulate the corresponding training plan;to scientifically construct the curriculum system to improve students'practical and innovative abilities;to strengthen the construction of the"Double-teacher and double-ability"teaching staff;to enhance the practical operation ability and management experience;We should establish a win-win mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises,fully share the environment and resources,carry out an effective mode of education through cooperation between schools and enterprises,to explore the construction of the characteristic training mode of"Government-industry-universityresearch-application cooperation,teaching innovation-transformation-integration",and speed up the training of highquality applied new engineering talents to meet the needs of local industry development.
