基于搭建紫外-可见光谱仪并运用于氨基酸测定的实验教学模式

Experimental Teaching Model Based on the Construction of an Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrometer and its Application in Amino Acid Determination

摘要 设计搭建了一款用于本科实验教学的可拆卸便携式紫外-可见光谱仪。学生通过查阅相关资料和文献了解其工作原理,并利用光学元件设计并搭建紫外-可见光谱仪。搭建好的仪器测试表征氨基酸的紫外光谱,并通过DFT(密度泛函)计算来验证仪器的准确性。该实验方案有助于学生深入了解仪器的构造原理,锻炼动手能力,并能够学习和探究量子力学计算的相关方法,践行了学以致用的教学理念,使学生在实验操作中获得成就感,大大提高了学习兴趣。 A portable and detachable ultraviolet-visible spectrometer for undergraduate experimental teaching was designed and built.Students learned about its working principle by consulting relevant materials and literature,and used optical components to design and build the ultraviolet-visible spectrometer.The completed device was used to test the ultraviolet spectrum characterization of amino acids,and the accuracy of the device was verifi ed through Density Functional Theory(DFT)calculations.This experimental program helps students understand the construction principles of the device in depth,exercise their practical abilities,and learn and explore related methods of quantum mechanics calculations.It implements the teaching concept of"learning by doing",giving students a sense of achievement in the experimental operation,greatly enhancing their interest in learning.
