摘要
针对RTO装置现状,总结了其存在三个方面的问题。以某精细化工项目RTO装置设计为例,根据设计条件,首次明确了其火灾危险性类别,给出了混合气体控制浓度P和可燃气体浓度检测器安装距离L的计算方法,为RTO装置的安全设计提供了依据与支撑,可以为类似的工程设计提供参考。从总图运输、工艺、管道、电气、自控、土建、给排水(消防)等方面对RTO装置进行了全面的安全设计,能够从源头上预防和减少安全事故,提升了RTO装置的本质安全水平。
Three problems were summarized for the current situation of RTO device.Taking the design of RTO device for a fi ne chemical project as an example,the fi re risk category was fi rst defi ned,and the calculation method of mixed gas control concentration P and combustible gas concentration detector installation distance L was provided according to the design conditions.These provide a basis and support for the safety design of RTO device and can provide a reference for similar engineering design.The comprehensive safety design of RTO device was carried out from general drawing,process,pipeline,electrical,automatic control,civil construction and other aspects,which can prevent and reduce safety accidents from the source and improve the inherent safe level of the RTO device.
