妇幼保健机构多院区人力资源管理路径实践

摘要 公立医院“多院区”办院模式已经成为公立医院高质量发展的新态势。医院作为知识技术密集型组织,人力资源是多院区高质量发展的核心竞争力。文章以某市妇幼保健机构人力资源管理实践为例,分析了目前妇幼保健机构多院区人力资源管理面临的挑战,并从健全“一院多区”组织架构、统筹搭建人才梯队、有效调配人力资源等举措优化各院区人力资源配置的实践,为多院区模式下的妇幼保健机构人力资源管理提供参考。 The“multi district”operation model of public hospitals has become a new trend for the high-quality development of public hospitals.Hospitals,as knowledge and technology intensive organizations,have human resources as the core competitiveness for high-quality development in multiple hospital areas.The article takes the human resource management practice of a maternal and child care institution in a certain city as an example,to analyze the challenges faced by human resource management in multiple hospital areas of the current maternal and child health care institution,and optimize the human resource allocation of each hospital by improving the organizational structure of“one hospital,multiple districts”,coordinating the construction of talent echelons,and effectively allocating human resources,providing reference for the human resource management of maternal and child health institutions under the multi hospital model.
