青稞籽粒表型性状和品质性状遗传多样性分析

Genetic Diversity Analysis of Phenotypic and Quality Traits of Hulless Barley Grains

以328份来源不同区域的青稞种质资源为材料,对5个籽粒表型性状(长均值、宽均值、长/宽、直径和千粒重)和4个品质性状(总淀粉、直链淀粉、蛋白质和β-葡聚糖)进行了测定和遗传多样性分析。结果显示,测定的9个性状在供试种质资源间均存在不同程度的差异。青稞籽粒表型性状的变异系数变幅为6.23%~17.22%,品质性状的变异系数变幅为10.60%~27.34%。9个性状遗传多样性指数均高于1.8,表明供试材料具有丰富的遗传多样性。从区域上看,平均遗传多样性指数从高到低依次为国外、西藏山南、国内其他地区、西藏昌都、西藏日喀则、西藏拉萨、西藏林芝、西藏阿里。

With 328 hulless barley germplasm resources from different regions as test materials,5 grain phenotypic traits(including thousand grain weight,length/width,length mean,width mean and diameter)and 4 quality traits(including total starch,straight⁃chain starch,protein andβ⁃glucan)were measured and genetic diversity analysis was carried out.The results showed that the test nine traits of hulless barley grains were significantly different.Variation coefficients of phenotypic traits ranged from 6.23%to 17.22%,where quality traits ranged from 10.60%to 27.34%.The genetic diversity index of nine traits were greater than 1.8,indicated that extensive genetic diversity were presented among the hulless barley germplasm.Regionally,the average genetic diversity index of nine traits was in the order of foreign area>Shannan of Xizang>the rest of the China>Chamdo of Xizang>Shigatse of Xizang>Lhasa of Xizang>Linzhi of Xizang>Ali of Xizang.
