遵义市鱼腥草中汞·硒和锌的含量分布特征及其健康风险

Distribution Characteristics of Hg,Se and Zn Contents in Houttuynia cordata and Its Health Risks in Zunyi City

摘要 为研究遵义市市售鱼腥草中重金属的分布特征和健康风险状况,测定了当地市售鱼腥草中的汞(Hg)、硒(Se)和锌(Zn)含量,分析了Hg、Se和Zn在鱼腥草根须和地下茎中的分布差异,并利用目标危险系数(THQ)和总目标危险系数(TTHQ)初步评估居民通过食用鱼腥草摄入Hg、Se和Zn的健康风险。结果表明,鱼腥草根须中Hg、Se和Zn的含量均高于地下茎,分别是地下茎的10倍、21倍和4倍。鱼腥草地下部分中Hg和Zn含量均低于国家规定的限量值(0.01和20 mg/kg),有16个样品中Se含量超标(0.1 mg/kg),占样品数量的80%。遵义市居民通过食用鱼腥草摄入的Hg、Se和Zn的THQ和TTHQ均小于1,表现为较低的健康风险,其中Se的风险相对较大。Hg和Zn的每周摄入量(0.0170和24.72μg/kg)低于暂定每周允许摄入量(4和7000μg/kg)。由于鱼腥草对土壤中Hg和Se均表现出较强的富集能力,遵义市居民仍需持续关注Hg和Se的健康风险。 In order to study the distribution characteristics and health risk status of heavy metals in Houttuynia cordata in Zunyi City,the Hg,Se and Zn contents in Houttuynia cordata in the local market were measured.The distribution differences of Hg,Se and Zn in roots and under⁃ground stems of Houttuynia cordata were analyzed,and the health risk of residents consuming Hg,Se and Zn through Houttuynia cordata was preliminarily evaluated using the target hazard coefficient(THQ)and total target hazard coefficient(TTHQ).The results showed that the con⁃tents of Hg,Se and Zn in roots were 10,21 and 4 times higher than those in rhizomes,respectively.The levels of Hg and Zn in underground parts of Houttuynia cordata were lower than the national limit values(0.01 and 20 mg/kg).The contents of Se in 16 samples exceeded the na⁃tional limit values(0.1 mg/kg),accounting for 80%of all samples.The THQ and TTHQ of Hg,Se,and Zn consumed by residents in Zunyi City through consumption of Houttuynia cordata were all less than 1,indicating a lower health risk,with Se being relatively higher.The esti⁃mated weekly intake values for Hg and Zn were also less than the provisional tolerable weekly intake value(4,7000μg/kg).Due to the strong enrichment ability of Houttuynia cordata to both Hg and Se in soil,more attention should be paid to health risk of Hg and Se for resi⁃dents in Zunyi City.
