和田县设施园艺产业帮扶效果影响因素的实证分析

Empirical Analysis on the Influence Factors of Helping Effect of Facility Horticulture Industry in Hetian County

和田县设施园艺产业以地区独特的资源优势为基础,以产业发展政策为主导,以市场为导向,由企业、政府、农户等多主体协同发力,将设施园艺产业发展成给农户增收、带动相关产业发展的乡村振兴助力产业之一。通过二元Logistic回归分析,选取农户个人特征、农户家庭特征、产业经营情况与农户参与特征等因素作为解释变量,研究和田县设施园艺产业帮扶效果的微观影响因素,找出主要影响因素,为产业发展及帮扶效果提升提供启示。结果表明:农户的年龄、设施园艺经验、家庭平均健康情况、设施园艺收入比重、参加设施园艺帮扶项目时间、设施园艺帮扶项目贷款、参加设施园艺的合作社和与园区合作情况、参加设施农业相关培训等均对和田县设施园艺帮扶效果具有明显影响。可以看出人力资本会以技术进步为中介促进设施园艺产业转型升级,这一过程依靠政策的引导,注重人力资本、高新技术、创意创新的产业帮扶模式的投入。

The facility horticulture industry in Hetian County is based on the unique resource advantages of the region,guided by industrial development policies and the market.The facility horticulture industry has concerted efforts of enterprises,government and farmers,and gradu⁃ally developed into one of the rural revitalization industries that can increase the income of farmers and drive the development of related indus⁃tries.In this paper,by binary Logistic regression analysis,factors such as individual characteristics,family characteristics,industrial manage⁃ment and participation characteristics of farmers were selected as explanatory variables to study the micro⁃influencing factors of the helping effect of the facility horticultural industry in Hetian County,and to find out the main influencing factors,so as to provide enlightenment for the industrial development and the improvement of the helping effect.The results showed that factors such as the age of farmers,experience in facil⁃ity horticulture,average family health,proportion of income in facility horticulture,time of participating in facility horticulture assistance pro⁃jects,loan in facility horticulture assistance projects,cooperative participation in facility horticulture and cooperation with the park,and par⁃ticipation in facility agriculture related training were significant.It can be seen that human capital will take technological progress as the inter⁃mediary to promote the transformation and upgrading of facility horticulture industry.This process relies on the guidance of policies and pays at⁃tention to the input of industrial assistance mode of human capital,high and new technology,creativity and innovation.
