摘要
青岛市是农业大市,科学评价其农业绿色发展水平,找出障碍因素,对促进农业高质量发展具有重要意义。以青岛市为研究对象,从资源利用、生态环境、产品供给以及经济效益4个方面,选取18项指标建立了农业绿色评价指标体系,运用熵值法对青岛市农业绿色发展水平进行评价,并用障碍度模型测算出影响青岛市农业绿色发展的障碍因素。结果表明,2010—2021年青岛市农业绿色发展水平总体呈上升趋势,各一级指标整体上也呈上升趋势;对青岛市农业绿色发展起阻碍作用的为资源利用和产品供给,主要障碍因子有农业财政投入比例、农业产业结构调整指数、有效灌溉率、农业用电强度、耕地保有量指标等。
Qingdao is a large agricultural city.It is of great significance to evaluate its agricultural green development level scientifically and find out the obstacle factors for promoting the high quality development of agriculture.This paper takes Qingdao as the research object,selects 18 indicators from four aspects of resource utilization,ecological environment,product supply and economic benefit,establishes agricultural green evaluation index system,uses entropy method to evaluate the level of agricultural green development in Qingdao,and uses obstacle de⁃gree model to calculate the obstacle factors affecting the agricultural green development in Qingdao.The results showed that the agricultural green development level of Qingdao showed an increasing trend from 2010 to 2021,and each level index also showed an increasing trend.The obstacles to the green development of agriculture in Qingdao are resource utilization and product supply,and the main obstacles include the proportion of agricultural financial investment,agricultural industry structure adjustment index,effective irrigation rate,agricultural electricity intensity and cultivated land holding index.
