都市圈轨道交通乘客基本服务协同化存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures in the Collaboration of Basic Passenger Services in Metropolitan Area Rail Transit

随着近年来市域铁路快速发展,都市圈多层次轨道交通系统加速完善,提高都市圈轨道交通一体化运营水平成为各方共识,其中推动乘客基本服务协同化是实现一体化运营的关键。该文在梳理国内城市已有探索经验的基础上,总结推行乘客基本服务协同化存在的主要问题,提出实现基本服务协同化的思路和原则,形成相应的对策与建议。

With the rapid development of Suburban railways in recent years,metropolitan area rail transit has accelerated and improved.Improving the integrated operation level of metropolitan area rail transit has become a consensus among all parties,among which promoting the standardization of basic passenger services is the key to achieving integrated operation.Based on the existing exploration experience of domestic cities,this article summarizes the main problems in promoting the collaboration of basic passenger services,proposes ideas and principles for achieving the collaboration of basic services,and forms corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
