This paper will explore the integrated operation mode of transprovincial and trans-municipal railway in the Yangtze River Delta with Shanghai as the center,and analyze the cross-provincial and trans-municipal railway through operation management as a system from the perspectives of the initial operation management organization structure,management content and operation objectives.Combined with the actual operation and management experience,this paper deeply analyzes the factors affecting the cross-province operation and management mode of municipal railways,so as to provide a reference for the integrated operation of Shanghai cross-province Yangtze River Delta municipal railways.
