摘要
用不同的提取工艺制备了大马士革玫瑰提取物,分析了不同提取物的DPPH清除率、酪氨酸酶抑制率、制备精油得率及精油品质。采用水上蒸馏提取工艺制备了精品纯露;蒸馏精品纯露得到馥郁纯露;热泵烘干提取工艺制备了花苞水。检测不同工艺提取物的DPPH自由基清除率和酪氨酸酶抑制率。将不同玫瑰提取物通过蒸馏的方式制备收集玫瑰精油,通过GC检测了不同提取物的精油含量和品质。结果表明,花苞水对DPPH清除率(49%)、酪氨酸酶抑制率(69%)和精油得率(0.09‰)最高;精品纯露分别为42%、64%、0.07‰,馥郁纯露分别为41%、52%和0.052‰。综上,热泵烘干技术工艺制得的大马士革玫瑰提取物功效最佳。
Damascus rose extracts were prepared using different extraction processes,and the efficacy of the different extracts was evaluated by analyzing DPPH scavenging rate,tyrosinase inhibition rate,yield of prepared essential oils and essential oil quality.Using water distillation extraction process to prepare fine pure dew,distillation of fine pure dew to get fuzzy pure dew,heat pump drying extraction process to prepare bud water,detecting the DPPH radical scavenging rate and tyrosinase inhibition rate of the extracts of different processes;different rose extracts will be prepared by distillation to collect the essential oils of roses,and detecting the content and quality of the essential oils of the different extracts by GC.The results show that pod water had the highest DPPH scavenging(49%),tyrosinase inhibition(69%),and essential oil yield(0.09‰),with 42%,64%,and 0.07‰respectively for Boutique Pure,and 41%,52%,and 0.052‰respectively for Fouquet Pure.In summary,the best efficacy of rosa Damascus extract is obtained by heat pump drying technology process.
