烃类蒸汽转化制氢+PSA提纯工艺应用与安全探究

摘要 对制氢、氢气提纯的技术路线进行了对比分析,以某石油化工厂为背景,探讨了烃类蒸汽转化制氢工艺+PSA提纯氢气工艺技术的实际应用效果。结果表明:此套工艺组合路线可以利用多种烃类化合物作为原料,具有高的氢气产率和纯净度(氢气体积分数达到99.9%以上)。相比传统的制氢方法,这种工艺能够降低能耗和废物产生,有助于减少碳排放和环境污染,适用于以石油、天然气等为基础原料的大型石油化工企业,并通过合理设计、PSA装置优化运行等多方面措施,可最大程度地减少潜在的安全风险。 In this paper,several process routes of hydrogen production and hydrogen purification are compared and analyzed.Taking a petrochemical plant as the background,the practical application effect of hydrocarbon steam reforming hydrogen production process+PSA hydrogen purification process technology is discussed.The results show that this set of process combination route can use a variety of hydrocarbon compounds as raw materials,and has high hydrogen yield and purity(hydrogen purity reaches more than 99.9%).Compared with traditional hydrogen production methods,this process can reduce energy consumption and waste generation,which helps to reduce carbon emissions and environmental pollution.It is suitable for large-scale petrochemical enterprises that use oil and natural gas as raw materials,and through various measures such as reasonable design,catalyst selection and treatment,and PSA equipment operation.Minimize potential security risks.
