摘要 针对食品分析课程内容抽象,学生不知道“如何使用”而引起的厌学问题和传统的灌输式教学效果差的问题,以“蛋白质的定性定量的测定”为例探索在食品分析中结合参与式教学和费曼学习法来提高学生学习效果,实现以学生为中心,以成果为导向的参与式教学理念。 Aiming at the problem of school boredom caused by students lack of knowledge of“how to use”and the poor effect of traditional indoctrination teaching,taking“qualitative and quantitative determination of protein”as an example,we explore the combination of participatory teaching and Feynman learning in food analysis to improve students learning effect and realize the student-centered,outcome-oriented participatory teaching concept.Aiming at the problem of school boredom caused by students lack of knowledge of“how to use”and the poor effect of traditional indoctrination teaching,taking“qualitative and quantitative determination of protein”as an example,we explore the combination of participatory teaching and Feynman learning in food analysis to improve students learning effect and realize the student-centered,outcome-oriented participatory teaching concept.
