摘要
图书馆助理员是大学生参加人数最多的勤工助学项目,他不仅从经济上帮助贫困家庭学生完成学业,而且对于提高大学生综合素质和促进图书馆服务能力建设也发挥着积极作用。但在具体实践中,部分高校图书馆对勤工助学工作仍存在重视程度不足、功能定位不准、管理体制不健全等问题。高校图书馆应高度重视勤工助学工作、推动“勤工促学”定位的转变,并从工作规划、岗位开发、学生招募、组织管理、考核激励等方面健全管理制度建设。
Library assistants represent the largest group of students participating in work-study pro-grams.These programs assist students who are from financially challenged families to complete their stud-ies,enhance their comprehensive qualities and promote the service of libraries.However,some university libraries still do not place sufficient emphasis on student work-study programs,and fail to make clear the role of the programs and make sound management systems.This article suggests placing adequate emphasis on student work-study programs,enhancing the role of the programs,and establish sound management sys-tems in areas such as planning,position development,student recruitment,organizational management and performance assessment.
