Unipol gas-phase polypropylene plant is a typical“Two-point-one-major”dangerous chemicals production plant,its process,equipment and materials have obvious dangerouscharacteristics such as explosive accumulation,leakage,corrosion,inflammable and explosive,easily poisoned and asphyxiated.Based on the safety production practice of 150,000 t/a polypropylene plant in Yunnan Yantian Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes and summarizes the effective safety risk control measures,it provides useful reference for the production safety of Unipol gas-phase polypropylene plant.
