Mobilization and Integration:the CPC’s Model of the Labour Movement in Shanghai(1921–1927)

1921年中国共产党成立后,特别重视发动和领导工人运动。中共通过对上海基层工人的政治动员,实现对工人的影响。中共在上海的工人运动实践,初期突破口的选择必然是管理相对松懈的上海租界,地方力量的不平衡性为中共提供了发展的良机。在实现路径方面,中共致力于建构与强化工人的阶级意识、整合和武装工人组织,在工人运动中加强党的领导权,促使工人政治化,从而形成中共早期在上海的工人运动模式。在此过程中,上海工人阶级显现出强大的组织力量和革命张力。

After the founding of the Communist Party of China in 1921,special attention was paid to leading and launching the labour movement.Through the political mobilization of grass-roots workers in Shanghai,the CPC realized its power intervention.In terms of the realization path,the CPC is committed to building and strengthening the class consciousness of workers,integrating and arming workers’organizations,strengthening the leadership of the Party in the labour movement,and promoting the politicization of workers,thus forming the early model of the labour movement of the CPC in Shanghai.In this process,the Shanghai working class showed strong organizational power and revolutionary tension.
