“新商科”建设与改革综述——以岭南师范学院为例

摘要 从制度保障、理论探索、实践成效三方面对岭南师范学院“新商科”建设与改革进行了综述。学校“兴商科”办学思路为“新商科”建设提供了指南,相关规划为“新商科”建设提供了制度保障。《岭南师范学院学报》开辟了“新商科”建设专栏,通过理论探讨,认为实践性是“新商科”建设的基础,融合性是“新商科”建设的目标,进阶性是“新商科”建设的路径。基于理论探讨并结合实践探索,取得以下“新商科”建设成效:构建了“新商科”实践教学体系和人才培养体系;形成了“多维融合”与“进阶培养”的“新商科”教育理念;取得了专业建设新突破和学科竞赛新进展。 This paper reviews the construction and reform of New Business in Lingnan Normal University from three aspects:institutional guarantee,theoretical exploration and practical effectiveness.The school running ideas of Prospering Business provide a guide for the construction of New Business,with relevant planning as its institutional guarantee.Journal of Lingnan Normal University has opened a special column on the construction of New Business.It is believed,through theoretical discussion,that:as for the construction of New Business,practicality is the foundation,integration is the goal and progressiveness is the path.Based on theoretical discussion,combined with practical exploration,achievements for the construction of New Business are as follow:a practical teaching system and a talent training system of New Business have been constructed,the education concept of New Business of multi-dimensional integration and progressive cultivating has been formed,and new breakthroughs in major construction and new progress in discipline competitions have been made.
