典型退役锂电池回收企业气态污染物排放特性

Emission characteristics of gaseous pollutants from typical retired lithium battery recycling enterprises

摘要 以退役锂电池回收示范厂区A、B为例,针对退役锂电池回收行业生产过程中产生的气态污染物,通过在线监测、气体收集、实验室分析等手段,对回收过程中产生的颗粒物、非甲烷总烃、酸雾进行排放特性分析。进一步利用实际调研和实测数据,计算排放因子,探讨锂电回收行业气态污染物减排潜力。结果表明:A厂破碎工段颗粒物的排放因子为28.11 kg·t^(-1),热解工段HF排放因子为3.21 kg·t^(-1),B厂碱浸工段非甲烷总烃排放因子为26.21 kg·t^(-1),排放强度大,具有较高的减排潜力。本研究为锂电回收行业气态污染物的减排提供了依据,为该行业的清洁生产提供了理论基础及技术支持。 Emission characteristics of gaseous pollutants including PM,NMHC and acid fog generated during lithium battery recycling processes from two recycling factories A and B were analyzed by online monitoring,gas collection and laboratory analysis.The emission factors of gaseous pollutants were calculated through investigation and measurements,and the emission reduction potential of gaseous pollutants was discussed.The results show that the emission factors of PM in the crushing section and HF in the pyrolysis section of the factory A,and NMHC in the alkali leaching section of the factory B are 28.11 kg·t^(-1),3.21 kg·t^(-1)and 26.21 kg·t^(-1),respectively.These pollutants showed high emission level with high emission reduction potential.This study provides information for the purification of gaseous pollutants in lithium battery recycling industry,and theoretical basis and technical support for cleaner production.
