水平井筒暂堵球运移规律实验及效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 为揭示暂堵球在水平井筒段间、簇间运移规律,设计水平井暂堵球运移实验装置,分析携带液排量、球孔数比、射孔簇进液能力、暂堵球直径和密度等因素对暂堵球运移规律的影响,评价暂堵球运移效果。结果表明:当携带液排量、暂堵球直径和密度分别为4.8~8.4 m 3/h、12.0~15.0 mm、870~1360 kg/m 3时,暂堵球在井筒内分布的均匀性逐渐降低,易运移至趾端低侧孔眼附近;球孔数比为9∶9~18∶9时,暂堵球在井筒内分布的均匀性呈先升高后降低的趋势,转折点球孔数比约为15∶9;当射孔簇进液能力差异较大时,暂堵球主要聚集在强进液能力孔眼附近。该结果为投球暂堵压裂方案优化提供参考。 To reveal the migration of temporary plugging ball between intervals and clusters in a horizontal well,an experimental device for the migration of temporary plugging ball in horizontal wells is designed.The influence of factors such as injection rate,ratio of ball holes,injection capability of perforation clusters,diameter and density of temporary plugging ball on the migration of temporary plugging balls is analyzed,and the migration effectiveness of temporary plugging balls is evaluated.The results show that when the injection rate,size,and density of the temporary plugging ball are 4.88.4 m 3/h,12.015.0 mm,8701360 kg/m 3 respectively,the uniformity of the temporary plugging ball distribution in the wellbore gradually decreases,and it is easy to migrate near the lower side of the toe perforation.When the ratio of ball holes is 9∶918∶9,the uniformity of the temporary plugging ball distribution in the wellbore shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the turning point of the ball hole ratio is about 15∶9;when the injection capability of the perforation clusters is significantly different,the temporary plugging ball mainly gathers near the perforation with a strong injection capability.This result provides a reference for optimizing the temporary plugging fracturing plan.
