ABT^(3#)生根粉对棕榈科植物种子发芽和苗期生长效应研究

摘要 棕榈科植物种子外壳较硬,发芽速度慢,为促进其萌芽并提高出芽率,一般需进行催芽。以哥斯达黎加椰子、玲珑椰子、甘蓝椰子和裂叶矮葵等4种棕榈科植物种子为试材,采用不同浓度ABT^(3#)生根粉溶液对种子进行浸泡处理,以期找到适合参试棕榈科植物种子的催芽方式,为大量培育优良种苗提供科学借鉴。结果表明:适宜浓度的ABT^(3#)生根粉溶液可明显提高参试棕榈科植物种子发芽率并能有效促进其叶片生长,不同ABT^(3#)生根粉浓度样本对于发芽率和叶片生长全部均呈现出显著性差异。哥斯达黎加椰子种子催芽和叶片生长最适宜的浓度为10×10^(-6);玲珑椰子种子催芽最适宜的浓度为10×10^(-6),叶片生长为100×10^(-6)浓度处理的效果最佳;甘蓝椰子经50×10^(-6)浓度溶液浸种处理后发芽率最高,叶片生长则以100×10^(-6)溶液处理的种子为最好;裂叶矮葵经100×10^(-6)浓度溶液处理后发芽率最高,经该浓度溶液处理后其叶片生长表现情况也最好。 Palm seeds are known for their hard outer shells and slow germination.To promote sprouting and enhance germination rates,a process called"germination induction"is commonly employed.In this experiment,seeds from four palm species-Costa Rican coconut,Chamaedorea Elegans,cabbage palm,and Lavatera trimestris-were used as test subjects.They were subjected to soaking treatments with varying concentrations of ABT^(3#)rooting powder solution.The goal was to identify effective germination methods for these palm seeds,providing valuable insights for the mass cultivation of superior seedlings.The results indicated that an appropriate concentration of ABT^(3#)rooting powder solution significantly increased germination rates of the tested palm seeds and effectively stimulated leaf growth.The samples with different ABT^(3#)rooting powder concentrations showed significant differences in germination rate and leaf growth.For Costa Rican coconut seeds,the optimal concentration for germination induction and leaf growth was 10ppm.Chamaedorea elegans seeds showed the best germination results at a concentration of 10ppm,while leaf growth was most favorable with a treatment of 100×10^(-6).Cabbage palm seeds exhibited the highest germination rate after immersion in a 50ppm solution,and the best leaf growth was observed in seeds treated with a 100×10^(-6)solution.Lavatera trimestris,when treated with a 100×10^(-6)solution,displayed the highest germination rate.Leaf growth also showed the most promising performance with this concentration of solution.
