摘要
基于《中国碳核算数据库(CEADs)》中的交通运输碳排放量数据,对我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)(西藏自治区和港澳台地区除外)2010-2019年交通运输碳排放时空特征及区域差异进行了分析。结果表明:交通运输碳排放量除2013年出现负增长外,总体上呈现逐年缓慢上升的趋势,年均增长率达到3.61%;交通运输碳排放强度逐年持续下降,下降了39.95%。全国交通运输碳排放量较高的区域主要集中在东部地区,呈现出“东高,中西低”的特征,而交通运输碳排放强度呈现出“中西高,东低”的特征。交通运输碳排放量绝对差异和相对差异除中部区域增速较快,而交通运输碳排放强度绝对差异和相对差异总体上都呈现出减小趋势。
Based on the data of China's transportation carbon emissions in China Carbon Accounting Database(CEADs),this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial characteristics and regional differences of transportation carbon emissions in 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government)(except Tibet Autonomous Region and Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2010 to 2019.The results show that except for the negative growth in 2013,the carbon emissions of transportation generally show a slow upward trend year by year,with an average annual growth rate of 3.61%;The carbon emission intensity of transportation has been declining year by year,with a decrease of 39.95%.The areas with high carbon emissions in transportation are mainly concentrated in the eastern region,showing the characteristics of"high in the east and low in the central and western regions".The carbon emission intensity of transportation shows the characteristics of"high in the west and low in the east".The absolute and relative differences of transportation carbon emissions have not changed much except for the rapid growth in the central region,while the absolute and relative differences of transportation carbon emissions intensity generally show a decreasing trend.
