摘要
实验室为扩展产品检测项目能力,根据《食品安全国家标准食品接触用竹木材料及制品》(GB 4806.12-2022)附录B方法对食品接触用竹木制品中4种抑菌剂进行测定。结果显示:4种抑菌剂在0.2~10.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99999,方法检出限为0.03~0.105 mg/kg,方法定量限为0.099~0.347 mg/kg;相对标准偏差为0.06%~2.00%;相对误差为0.12%~0.52%;加标回收率为95.20%~101.00%。结果均满足标准方法的要求,因此,实验室具备了该项目方法的检测能力。
In order to expand the lab detection ability,4 antibacterial agents in bamboo and wood products for food contact were determined according to the National Standard for Food Safety,Bamboo and Wood Materials and Products(GB 4806.12-2022)for food contact appendix b method.The results showed that the linear relationship between the four antibacterial agents was good within the concentration range of 0.2~10.0mg/L,with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.99999.The limits of detection(LODs)and the limits of quantification(LOQs)ranged from 0.03 to 0.105mg/kg and 0.099 to 0.347mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviations ranged from 0.06%to 2.00%.The relative errors ranged from 0.12%to 0.52%.The recoveries ranged from 95.20%to 101.00%.The results all meet the requirements of the standard method.Therefore,our laboratory has the detection ability of the project method.
