新能源汽车铝合金前罩板回弹控制策略研究

摘要 针对铝合金零件在冲压过程中回弹严重的问题,以某新能源汽车铝合金前罩板为例,采用AutoForm软件进行全工序模拟,制定回弹补偿策略。通过现场调试验证和蓝光扫描对比分析,优化回弹补偿方案、模具设计工艺和调试整改方案等,最终将零件整体合格率从68%提升到90%以上,满足整车外观尺寸匹配要求。 In view of the serious springback problem of aluminum alloy parts in the stamping process,taking the aluminum alloy front cover plate of a new energy vehicle as an example,the AutoForm software was used to simulate the whole process,and the springback compensation strategy was formulated.Through the field debugging verification and blue light scanning comparative analysis,the springback compensation scheme,die design process,and debugging and rectification scheme were optimized,and the overall pass rate of the parts was finally increased from 68%to 90%above,which met the matching requirements of the vehicle appearance size.
