Necessity and Practical Exploration of Standardized Management of Research and Training Archives of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritors

“中国非物质文化遗产传承人群研修研习培训计划”自2015年实施以来,逐渐形成了一整套有详细的步骤安排和目标效果的体系,有效调动了院校参与非物质文化遗产保护工作,为非遗保护引入了重要力量。“研培计划”已经成为非遗保护事业的一项基础性、战略性工作,对非遗人群研培档案的规范化管理是非遗保护工作的重要内容。

Since the implementation of the “China Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Population Research and Training Program” in 2015,a complete set of systems with detailed step arrangements and target effects have been formed,which has effectively mobilized institutions to participate in the protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage and introduced important forces for the protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage.The “research and training program” has become a basic and strategic work for the protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage,and the standardized management of the research and training archives of Intangible Cultural Heritage groups is an important part of the protection of Itintangible Cultural Heritage.
