涪陵页岩气田复兴区块高含蜡凝析油乳化机理及防治技术研究

摘要 针对涪陵页岩气田复兴区块高含蜡凝析油乳化问题,开展了高含蜡凝析油理化性质分析、乳化机理研究。采用光散射法评选出RP-01型高效低温破乳剂,在200mg/kg加注浓度下具有良好的破乳效果,分水速度快、分水量大且水相澄清,效果通过现场试验得到验证。 In response to the emulsification challenge of high wax condensate oil in the Fuxing Area of Fuling Shale Gas Field,a study on the physicochemical properties and emulsification mechanism of high wax condensate oil was conducted.The RP-01 efficient low-temperature demulsifier was selected using the light scattering method.It exhibits excellent demulsification performance at an injection concentration of 200mg/kg,with fast water separation,substantial water separation,and clear water phase..The effectiveness of demulsification was verified through field experiments.
